Following on from the return of chair-based exercise at Immingham, this week Sylv's Tai Chi classes at Immingham and Scartho both made a successful comeback.
The Scartho group has been split into two sessions to ensure safe distancing and is now being held at a brilliant new venue, Foresight's Scartho Community Library, where the volunteers couldn't do enough to make Sylv's classes feel safe and welcome.
One of Sylv's Tai Chi ladies commented,
"Thank you so much for Tai Chi last Tuesday morning. It made me smile to be in the real world again. You are one lovely lady."
She certainly is!
